Tianjin BesTech Marine Engineering Consultant Co.,Ltd. was founded in October 2008, the company locates at Block 23,Room 3001,on Xinbei Road 4668, Tanggu,Binhai New area, Tianjin, P.R.China.
The work scopes of company include: Naval Architecture Engineering; offshore engineering; marine technology consultant; project management and planning for ship building etc.
In naval architecture engineering aspects, the company has good experiences in basic design, detail design, especially in production (Shop) design, and has experiences to cooperate with many classification societies to fulfill approved drawings and calculations.
In aspects of project management and planning, the company has enough experiences to carry out shipbuilding of cutter dredgers, general cargo vessels, working boats, also has experiences in commissioning and ship repairing.
In aspects of offshore engineering, the company has experiences to participate detail design of 200ft Jack-up, 155ft Liftboat, shop design of all kind of jackets, topside modulus and living quarters, design works for FPSO conversion and technical on site services for offshore building.
The following software to be used by company, GHS(R11.5) software used for Hydrostatics calculation, stability and global strength evaluation and freeboard and tonnage calculation; SHD and Mastership software used for Hull construction Modeling, Working drawing generation and Mould loft; SB3DS software used for modeling of Piping and it’s fittings, electrical cable and it’s fittings, working drawing generation; Microsoft Project used to project planning.  
The basic & detail design of ship and offshore engineering to be followed the rules of IMO, SOLAS and IACS(including the rules & regulations from different kinds of classification societies), technical standards to be used as ISO, GB,CB, API, ANSI, ASTM and BesTech Standard. The company also has rich experiences in shop & production design, such design embodied modern shipbuilding techniques, such as block shipbuilding, unit outfitting, group technology etc. in order to pursue less design errors( under 6% error rate for the first vessel) and increase material used rate and block pre-outfitting rate.
